Shipping Policy – Town Center Cold Pressed

At Town Center Cold Pressed, we take great care in preparing and shipping your freshly roasted coffee so it arrives at peak freshness. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and track all orders placed through our Shopify store or the Shop app.


1. Order Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Orders are typically shipped Monday - Thursday. We do not roast or ship on weekends or major US holidays.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may begin processing the following business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Thursday will likely not be fulfilled until the following Monday. 

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout and a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.


2. Shipping Methods & Rates

We currently ship within the United States using USPS or FedEx.

Shipping options may include:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days), if available

  • Free Shipping promotions, when offered

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen service.


3. Tracking Your Order

Via Email

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

Via the Shop App

Customers who use the Shop app can:

  1. Open the Shop app

  2. Navigate to Purchases

  3. Select your Town Center Cold Pressed order to view real-time tracking updates

The Shop app will automatically notify you of transit updates and delivery.


4. Delivery Issues

We always want your coffee to arrive safely and quickly. Please review the following guidelines:

a. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but the package is missing:

  • Check with neighbors or your local carrier office

  • Wait 24 hours in case of delayed scan

  • If still missing, contact us at info@tccproastery.com

We will assist in filing an investigation with the carrier. Replacement or refund decisions will be made once the carrier completes its review.

b. Delayed Shipments

Carrier delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or logistics disruptions. While these are outside our control, we will assist you in monitoring the package.

c. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged (torn coffee bag, leaking, crushed box), please contact us within 7 days with photos so we can issue a refund or replacement.


5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate at checkout.
Town Center Cold Pressed is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Forwarding errors

  • Unclaimed deliveries

If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, we can reship it once additional shipping costs are paid.


6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We do ship to P.O. Boxes when supported by the carrier selected at checkout.


7. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
If this changes, we will update this policy accordingly.
